Pressure fans| our products
For situations where higher resistances occur, such as when used in conjunction with air scrubbers, manure drying systems or potato storage facilities, we offer efficient pressure fans. Our fans are specifically designed to overcome high resistances and offer limited energy consumption, even with back control.
Multifan high-pressure fans
The Multifan high-pressure fans are used as central extraction in poultry and pig houses, among others. Depending on the application, a pressure range of up to 300 Pa is possible.
High-pressure fans can be installed both horizontally and vertically. Characterized by low energy consumption: with the impeller-motor combinations offered, your operating costs are reduced to the lowest levels.
For attachment to the duct, a durable attachment and the least possible obstruction to air flow was chosen. These fans comply with the latest ERP legislation
SGS high pressure fan
The Stienen SGS fan has been specially developed to ventilate energy-efficiently, quietly and with good control even with higher back pressure. That makes the SGS fan eminently suitable for central extraction systems, whether or not in combination with air scrubbers and manure drying installations. The fan is available in 9 different versions. This enables us to offer a suitable solution for every situation.
SKV fan
This SKV fan is specially designed for applications behind an air scrubber. The fans are provided with a special coating so that they function well in the environment of the air outlet of the air scrubber. The SKV fans come with 5 meters of connection cord and a molded-in terminal box to ensure optimal sealing.
The 900-speed fans have low noise levels and are pressure stable (even at low speeds). In addition, these excellent fans are characterized by low power consumption per 1000 m³ over the entire range.

Multifan wall fan 230 V
We offer a wide range of wall fans, which can be installed in the side walls of a building, among others. Wall fans are used for agricultural applications, such as ventilation in horticultural greenhouses, pig houses, poultry houses, dairy houses. In addition, they can be used for the industrial market, such as ventilation in factories and buildings.
The fans are adjustable in speed and designed for continuous operation in environments subject to rust or humid conditions and outdoor use.

Ventilation casette
In intensive animal husbandry it is important that maintenance can be carried out easily. We therefore supply ready-made ventilation cassettes. These consist of a plastic fan ring (VAR ring) containing a fan and an AQC valve with or without measuring impeller. This assembly is easily connected by special stainless steel closures. This also makes these cassettes very easy to install. A fan from Multifan (MLA) or Stienen (SLA) can be chosen. A motor protection switch (MBS) can also be mounted in advance on the side of the VAR ring. The fan is then connected to this, also in advance.

Box fan Multifan 6D92 and 4D130
The Multifan 6D92 and 4D130 are fans with high air volumes (up to 46,700 m3/h at 0 Pa) at very low energy consumption (up to 34.3 W/1000 m3/h). Stables and industrial areas ventilated with a tunnel or longitudinal system require larger volumes of fresh air at low cost due to increasing production requirements. The Multifan 6D92 or 4D130 meet these requirements perfectly.

Recirculation fans Multifan
Recirculation fans are specially designed to achieve aerodynamic airflow. These fans function extremely efficiently and create a high throw. They can also withstand harsh climatic conditions, including high temperatures.
Because of their reflective white color, they are well suited for use in horticultural greenhouses in series or parallel ventilation systems. They are also optimally suited for poultry houses, milking rooms, smaller industrial halls or rooms.
Eco-Prop recirculation fan
The Eco-prop is distinguished by its tremendous energy efficiency. Due to its large diameter, this Stienen fan moves an equal amount of air as the usual smaller fans, but at a much lower speed. Eco-Prop recirculation fan.
This has three advantages:

- A low noise level
- Fewer draughts and/or dehydration symptoms
The Eco-prop is precisely controllable with the MPM-5 or SPM-6/12 power controller or an inverter.
V-FloFan
The V-FloFan is specially designed for vertical ventilation. For a uniform development of the animals, it is important that the heat is optimally distributed in the barn. With the V-FloFan, you have the possibility to reduce negative influences of temperature differences in the barn and use energy efficiently. By ventilating vertically, the warm air is brought downwards, resulting in an optimal microclimate at animal level. In addition to intensive stock farming, this fan is perfectly applicable in horticultural greenhouses and (other) industrial environments.
Recirculation fan basketfan
The Multifan recirculation basket fan is suitable for many applications by combining air circulation and air extraction. Variable diameters and capacities allow these fans to be used in different building structures and under various conditions.

Dairy / basket fans (incl. MFD)
The dairy/calf fan is the solution to keep dairy cattle in optimal climate conditions all year round. Make your dairy cattle fan controllable and even more energy efficient with an MFD variable speed drive.
The MFD inverter is a very energy-efficient inverter specially developed and programmed for the dairy fan which is placed on the dairy fan itself.
The wiring between frequency controller and dairy fan is done according to EMC guidelines off Kleventa. As a result, only a 230 V power supply and a 0-10 V control signal need to be connected.
Ceiling fan PV-600
The Multifan ceiling fan PV-600 ensures optimal air distribution during hot and cold periods. Its aerodynamic blades deliver maximum air volume to all corners of the room and prevent cold spots. During hot periods, the ceiling fan creates a slight wind chill and brings cooling to livestock and people through evaporation.
High production levels of poultry, pigs and dairy cattle are maintained and heat stress is significantly reduced. During colder periods, the ceiling fan acts as support for the heating system by moving the warmer air suspended at the top of the building into the living area.
In addition to application in intensive animal husbandry, the fan can be used in factories, halls, warehouses, offices or restaurants, among others.

Motor protection switches
The MBS series consists of motor protection switches that protect fan motors from overload and phase failure. The current range is 0.1 to 20 amps. These switches can be placed in an IP55 enclosure. Also, the motor protection switches can be expanded with auxiliary and alarm contacts.

Grilles, multileaf dampers and windbreak hoods
To protect persons in the immediate vicinity of the fans, we supply a grille on the suction and/or blowing side for each type of fan. The grilles are corrosion-resistant and comply with CE regulations. There are multileaf dampers with diameters from 300 to 920 mm made of ultraviolet protected PVC. The reinforced blade has a steel bar that acts as a pivot point at both ends of the blade.
