KL-6400 series climate computer
The climate computers in the KL-6400 series provide control for heating, ventilation, cooling, heat exchangers, and growth curves. This new series features a new processor board that offers many advantages, including a large full-color graphical display for main settings, Unicode text support for multilingual display, a USB connection, and Mobile Remote Access. Cattle computer CL-5400
The CL-5400 is equipped with virtually all ventilation control options commonly used in modern cattle farming, allowing you to maintain constant control and adjustment of the barn climate. The cattle computer features one ventilation group and eight curtain controls. These controls can be configured individually and are linked to various temperature sensors. Based on the measured temperature, the controller raises or lowers the curtains accordingly. Additionally, the CL-5400 is equipped with weather compensation for even more precise climate regulation.

By using a Danfoss variable speed drive, the energy consumption will decrease to the 3rd power when down regulating to its performance, without sacrificing stable control. By applying an additional coating (standard for our AC drives), the VLT AC drive is suitable for agricultural applications.

The FC102 has been specially developed for applications in air conditioning/control technology. The FC102 is also part of Danfoss' new generation of VLT frequency converters, which is distinguished by its unprecedented reliability and operational reliability. Values such as minimum and maximum ventilation rates whether or not combined with temperature control and heating control can be set from the simplest controllers to the most sophisticated climate computers. A combination with the right end stations such as variable speed drives also prevents excessive energy consumption. For the right choice of controller we will gladly advise you.
Climate controller CBA
The CBA controls the climate in one department and is equipped with two displays that allow the temperature and ventilation to be read at a glance. Depending on the application, the CBA is available with a 0-10V output or with a 230 Vac triac control. Because of the growth curves present, the climate grows along with your animals.
The controller regulates the barn climate in such a way that the correct ratio between heating and ventilation is always guaranteed. Furthermore, it is possible to control several fans in two groups. If the ventilation demand exceeds a certain level, the second group of fans is automatically switched on regularly..
Fan controller MFC
The fan controller MFC controls the connected fans in such a way that the set temperature is maintained. The temperature is measured by means of the supplied temperature sensor that must be placed in the room.
The controllers are equipped with internal fan voltage stabilization. This makes the set minimum fan voltage insensitive to mains voltage variations. This is especially important if the controller controls heating in addition to ventilation. Furthermore, each MFC is equipped with a mains switch with an override position that allows the fans to be switched directly to the mains in case of an emergency.
Fan controller ASR-10
This controller is designed to control servomotors, frequency inverters and power controllers, which require a control signal of 0-10 V. Its field of application is the control of ventilation and heating. By means of an internal setting, the choice is made for a signal that increases proportionally with temperature, or an output signal corrected for the characteristic of a rotary air damper
Fan controller NVR
The NVR controls the ventilation flaps or curtains according to the set temperature. Should the stall temperature fall below the set value, this controller causes the dampers or curtains to close further. In case of a temperature rise, the opposite happens.
The NVR-1 can be applied to a motor without position feedback. Using the “delay button,” you allow the climate to adapt to the new situation. In case of a sudden drop in temperature of 2 °C or more (this can occur during upcoming severe weather), the ventilation flap or curtain is closed at an accelerated rate.
Multifan electric hand controller EW
The EW-5 and EW-10 are manually operated electronic speed controllers for voltage controllable fans. For the EW-5, the maximum output current is 5 A and for the EW-10, the maximum output current is 10 A.

Multifan step transformers
Step transformers allow fan motor control in steps and are available in three versions: manual, semi-automatic and automatic. For each version, regulators are available in different amperages. The STW and SEA series are designed for single-phase applications and the STD series for three-phase applications.

Multifan thermostats MF-Net
The T15 series and the T10~3 allow equipment (fans, heating, alarm) to be turned on and off based on a set temperature. The T15-4 mechanical thermostat, in combination with an Mf-Net transformer, enables temperature-controlled control of fans. The T15 series thermostats are for single-phase applications and the T10~3 is specifically designed for three-phase applications.

Pressure regulator DPA
This pressure regulator is intended for maintaining a set under- or overpressure in a central exhaust duct or in air-conditioned rooms. The controller has a switched pressure output whose hysteresis and delay time are adjustable.
The DPA-300c has a 0-10V output controlled by a PI control characteristic. This makes the DPA-300c ideally suited for controlling inlet valves in ventilation systems. The control and regulation is done by a climate computer with negative pressure control or by an end station (manual-0-automatic for negative pressure control and time control (available on request).
Clock controller CLK
The CLK-8 and CLK-20 clock controllers offer 8 and 20 clock functions respectively, to which either a 0-10V output or a switching contact can be assigned, depending on the number of available outputs. Thanks to their extremely simple operation, users can easily program lighting control with various start/stop times and dimming cycles. This makes the CLK-8 and CLK-20 particularly suitable for situations where many clock functions are required. Additionally, the CLK-20 is equipped with a daylight control function. Using a light sensor, daylight shutters, and artificial lighting, significant energy savings can be achieved.
The clock controller is also available in a built-in version. To expand the CLK-8, the ECB-4 expansion board is available. The CLK-20 can be extended with external modules via the module bus connection..
Universal digital thermostat
The UDT, or Universal Digital Thermostat, is a processor-controlled controller. This controller offers a solution for 'simple' control engineering problems. UDT types equipped with standard software are available from stock in our warehouse.
If desired, the UDT can be customized to the required number of inputs and outputs and equipped by us with tailor-made control software.

End Stations
If additional inputs or outputs are required for the climate computers, end stations can be connected via a bus system or 0-10V output. These end stations are also equipped with a manual-0-automatic switch, allowing for manual operation when needed.

Auxiliary Equipment for Climate Computers
A weather station is used with climate computers to measure wind speed, wind direction, or rainfall. Sensors such as a wind vane, anemometer, or rain sensor are connected to the PL-METEO unit, which communicates with the climate computers. The PL-MWA is the combined wind vane and anemometer with mounting bracket.
To measure humidity in the barn, the RH-160 or FB80-10 humidity sensor is used in conjunction with the climate computers. The computers can also utilize measured CO₂ levels for control purposes. The CS-02 CO₂ sensor measures the CO₂ concentration and sends this signal to the climate computers for processing.
Single-phase power controllers
The power controllers are ideal as end stations for controlling fans (230V) or lighting. During normal operation, the control signal is supplied by an external controller. It is also possible to manually adjust the power using a rotary knob. For controlling higher power levels, multiple power controllers can be connected to the same control signal.

AQC Air control unit
Thanks to the excellent aerodynamic properties of the measuring fan and the control valve (available in two- or four-way versions), the AQC unit enables highly reliable ventilation control. In combination with a Stienen climate computer, the AQC unit can be used as a measuring and control unit in a central exhaust system, or as a measuring and throttling unit beneath ventilation chimneys. Ventilation capacity can be regulated starting from 0.4 m/s with this unit.
The AQC unit is supplied as standard with a unique plug connection, ensuring trouble-free installation. The measuring fan is equipped with an ingenious labyrinth design that protects the rotating parts from dust and dirt, guaranteeing a long service life.

In some cases, the distance between two or more AQC valves may be so great that ventilation differences occur between them, especially when only one valve is equipped with a measuring fan. If this ventilation imbalance is undesirable, the (discontinued) AQC split box offers a solution.
Measuring fan SMV
The SMV measuring fan reliably measures the volume of air moved through a ventilation chimney. Its unique design ensures that a pulse signal is only generated when the airflow is moving in the correct direction. This allows the climate computer to trigger an alarm if airflow is detected in the reverse direction
The aerodynamically optimized plastic impeller enables precise measurement of airspeeds starting from 0.4 m/s. The double-bearing shaft and high-quality ball bearings are made of stainless steel. The electronics are fully encapsulated in casting resin, making the SMV a measuring fan that continues to function reliably even under the harshest conditions.
