AHP heat pump
Heat pumps are known as a very energy-efficient heat source. However: for installations with ground heat (about 10 °C), for example, the COP value does not exceed a 4 to 4.5; for heat from the barn (about 20 °C), this value will be considerably higher (about 5.5). The heat can be transferred to the heat pump by means of absorption panels in the duct or with a waste water exchanger in the air scrubber.
The AHP has a robust casing and high-quality components that make the heat pump extremely suitable for the agricultural sector. Although the heat pump was developed for the agricultural sector, it has also been used very successfully for industrial applications.
Absorption/release panels
This Kleventa system stands for the creation of a pleasant living and working environment using renewable energy sources directly from the environment, industrial processes or even from waste water or air. All available energy sources are used directly for heating and cooling, possibly combined with a heat pump or, if necessary, supplemented by a central heating, oil, or wood stove, creating a complete system that is ergonomically, ecologically and economically balanced. For taking heat from a duct or department we have developed a special panel which is easy to assemble, lightweight due to its low water content and resistant to ammonia.
Qheat infrared heating panel
The sun is the natural heat source of our earth and therefore the basic idea of heating. Qheat works with infrared heat rays which work the same way as the sun. With Qheat panels the room is heated by radiant heat. First all objects are heated and then the heat is released into the room and air. This has the advantage that heat is given off evenly and there is almost no temperature difference. In addition, these panels are ideal for heating a small part of a room (local heating).
SDP piping system
Smart, Durable and Professional: this is how you want to install a piping system. With the SDP flexible piping system, you can achieve remarkable time savings without sacrificing reliability and quality. The pipes are available in rolls and lengths. Removable push-in fittings give you a free hand when expanding your installation. SDP pipes and fittings are made of polybutene (pb). This is a durable raw material for working with high temperatures and high pressure. Pb is distinguished by a high degree of flexibility, even at lower temperatures.
Heating profile
For heating in the intensive animal husbandry we supply from stock aluminum heating profiles with plastic couplings developed in-house. The heating profiles have a high heat output and are easy to mount on the wall or ceiling. The heating profiles are anodized to prevent corrosion. This gives the profiles a long service life.
The profiles are supplied in lengths of 6 meters and can be shortened to any desired length. The plastic end and intermediate connectors provide a leak-free connection due to a double O-ring seal and are easy to assemble with the stainless steel self-tappers provided.
Floor heating manifold
The floor heating manifold is the heart of the floor heating system and ensures that the hot water is distributed to the pipes. The manifold comes with an energy-efficient circulation pump with EC motor and automatic power adjustment (pressure controlled). As standard, the floor heating manifold comes with thermostat knob. Thermal drive is possible and an immersion tube for the water sensor is fitted as standard. The floor heating manifold is suitable for 2 groups.
